Implementing Ivanti Neurons for Enhanced Service Management
We use Ivanti Neurons for our service management, both internal and external to our customers, from tickets to resolving issues and, if needed, provide additional service management. With Generative AI, we have created a swift and responsive documentation solution in which both customers and support agents can search for solutions. Ivanti Neurons also makes it possible to automatically provide SLA data to our customers, so that customers can view the response timers for their reported issues (and questions).
