Ivanti is a powerful toolbox, which we can shape to our needs - we've been able to adapt the service enterprise wide, build our own custom modules and integrate them with existing systems. The recent acquisition of Cherwell has brought a raft of new improvements and features which make Quick Actions and Workflows even more powerful than before. The ability to trigger a range of actions both within the system, by email, to AD/Azure and beyond with the API allows us to leverage ITSM in so many processes. The role based permissions allow many different areas to work within the tool, with their own data types and permissions; while still allowing cross-role collaboration.
