Ian lead Ivanti's ESM/ITXM portfolio of products from 2017 to 2020 and, prior to the merger with HEAT Software, was the ITSM & ITAM Product Director at LANDESK from 2010 to 2017. After leaving Ivanti, Ian became Vice President of Product Management for Nexthink in 2021.
