Ivanti employees vote for a theme for our corporate giving programs, for 2023 our teams have chosen Education as the focal point for Ivanti Cares and we are developing initiatives to make a difference in the communities where Ivanti operates.

Ivanti started our Diversity Recruiting Committee dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) within the Ivanti Global Recruiting Group. Our aim is to attract and retain diverse talent, drive innovation, and create a more vibrant and equitable workplace.

Volunteer time-off

Our Volunteer Time-Off program (VTO) is intended to give employees the opportunity to lend their time and expertise in support of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education programs, recognized charities, causes or non-profit organizations that support causes that are important to them and have positive impact in their communities or the world.

Ivanti is proud to announce that it has achieved certification to ISO 14001 through LRQA. ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective Environmental Management System (EMS).
