Ivanti started our Diversity Recruiting Committee dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) within the Ivanti Global Recruiting Group. Our aim is to attract and retain diverse talent, drive innovation, and create a more vibrant and equitable workplace.
Our Volunteer Time-Off program (VTO) is intended to give employees the opportunity to lend their time and expertise in support of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education programs, recognized charities, causes or non-profit organizations that support causes that are important to them and have positive impact in their communities or the world.
