Ivanti Neurons for ITSM allows administrators to create and customize dashboards using charts and tree- or pivot-based widgets to display metrics like incident counts by owner, priority, software inventory by vendor and more. Dashboards are role-aware and can be published organization-wide or personalized; users can pin, clone, resize components and assign default viewers per role.

• Data protection is enabled through field-level encryption, allowing both symmetric and asymmetric keys, and providing encrypted storage for sensitive data such as passwords and social security numbers.
• Comprehensive logging and auditing are available through default and custom log services, spanning workflow, security events, integrations and performance. Logs can be archived automatically, and a transaction audit log captures creation, updates, deletion and viewing of business records, including metadata like user ID, role, timestamp and client address.
