Subscription Services is a new initiative of Ivanti’s Advantage Professional Services, focused initially on SaaS-based Ivanti® Service Manager and Ivanti® Neurons.

Similar to a content streaming service or mobile phone plan, our Subscription Services entitle you to professional configuration services, health checks, customization workflows, etc., pertaining to your SaaS-based Ivanti Service Manager and Ivanti Neurons implementations.

In the initiative’s beginning stages, we are offering one level or category of services—a Corporate package—that includes access to five Basic requests and one Premium request per quarter, equaling 24 requests per year. You simply request services from the catalog, the Delivery Center processes them, and our professionals perform them.

Examples of Basic and Premium Service Requests

Basic – Service Request Creation (low complexity):

Configuration of a new service request form with text fields, tasks, and approval, as well as notifications; 1 form added to Portal Self-Service; up to 5 fields (text area or date, time); up to 2 tasks in serial; up to 2 notifications.

Basic – New Report Creation in Xtraction:

Creation on-demand of 1 dashboard: creation of up to 5 new reports; 1 dashboard from up to 9 reports results/tiles; no data import / no connector creation.

Basic – Knowledge Module – Configuration:

Includes up to 3 collections and required update on portal; filtering visibility from portal; no advanced segregation.

Premium – Service Request Creation (high complexity):

1 form added to Portal Self-Service; up to 10 fields created (all type of fields) in the form; up to 1 field created in Service Request with 1 business rule related to this field; up to 5 tasks (in serial or parallelized); 1 quick action; 1 approval; 1 logical connector (wait-block / flow); up to 4 notifications

Basic – New Neurons Creation (low complexity):

Creation of a new Neurons workflow based on provided use-case, including custom queries and scripting (up to 15 steps/stages).  

Basic – New Neurons Creation (medium complexity):

Creation of a new Neurons workflow based on provided use-case, including custom queries and scripting (up to 15 steps/stages).

Basic – Neurons Correction (low complexity):

Dedicated help to correct an existing, low-complexity Neurons in your environment, including one session of functional requirements and one session of support; up to 5 steps, using built-in steps only.

Basic – New Neurons Connector Configuration:

Setting up a new connector to import new data about your organization into your Ivanti Neurons platform, including configuration of connector server and testing up to 3 new data sources.
