Evaluated on innovation, quality and business value, the contest saw a diverse group of submissions highlighting how organizations worldwide are transforming their operations through technology. A panel of expert judges selected the winning entries that best showcased the power of Ivanti’s platform and solutions to fuel real outcomes.

First Place: University of Glasgow
The University of Glasgow is the fourth-oldest university in the English-speaking world, founded in 1451, and ranks among the world’s top 100 universities. Using Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, they transformed their software delivery model:
“Our staff and students originally had to collect software media in person, then the team supplied it via a Service Request—now the Service Request fulfilment is automated, and the customer gets the software when they want it. We have also extended this to give the Service Desk staff the ability to safely execute PowerShell Scripts via Neurons, shifting left an activity that only third line could execute, through to an activity that first line can now do without escalation, and when the customer needs it done.
