The Automation 2020.3 release is scheduled to be delivered in November. It will continue delivering more capabilities to improve the administration experience and automate more processes across multiple applications. Ivanti Asset Manager 2020.4 expands barcode scanning to include location audit capabilities

The new version of Asset Manager 2020.4, scheduled to be available in December 2020, will further improve the mobile experience with new expanded barcode scanning capabilities. Use your mobile device to scan a device or a group of devices. View the details of the scanned devices including incidents and update information using quick actions. You will also be able to audit a location to let you know which devices matched the location, which ones are missing, and which ones are new and not yet tagged appropriately.

Ivanti Service Manager 2020.4 release coming soon 

It’s time to start getting ready for the upcoming Ivanti Service Manager 2020.4 release for cloud deployments, scheduled to be available in December. This new release will deliver additional capabilities to continue automating more Security Operations processes and tasks. Look for new flexibility to configure Service Manager’s home page, plus enhancements to Search and other self-service capabilities to improve the user experience. Your staff and end users will like the integration with Microsoft Teams to make Teams chat sessions part of your service management process.
