Automation 2020.2 Release Now Available
The Automation 2020.2 release delivers more capabilities to improve your administration experience while automating more processes across multiple applications. New improved searching capabilities make it easier to find previous actions and associated information, helping meet GDPR requirements. Group administration of previous jobs will ease ‘fall backs,’ password updates and more for rolling changes and other initiatives. Security improvements and ongoing quality enhancements are also delivered. Be sure to also check out new connectors for Epic EHR Personnel Management system, Google G-Suite, and more in the Ivanti Marketplace.

Security Controls 2020.1 Release
The Security Controls 2020.1 release launches the end of August with enhancements that help reduce the time to patch including Shared Credentials support and the ability to group agents in Machine View. Shared Credentials supports multi-admin environments by unlocking collaboration between admins. The ability to group agents in Machine View includes functionality to create user-defined, static groups for machines that are preserved even if the Last Scanned Group value changes. Other release highlights include ideas from the Ivanti Community such as adding original scan job names into the associated deployment names, and interface improvements like the addition of warning pop-ups in the software distribution flow.

We’re excited by the coming Ivanti Service Manager 2020.3 release for cloud deployments, scheduled to be available in September. This coming release will deliver new pre-packaged content to automate more Security Operations processes and tasks. Look for new capabilities with the mobile app to make it easier to view and update asset information while on the go. Your staff and end users will like the coming enhancements for chat sessions.
