Ivanti Neurons for MDM

We’ve introduced an EU sovereign edition independently operated in sector27’s cloud data center in Germany. Check out our press release for more information about Ivanti Neurons for MDM – Sovereign Edition – EU.

Admins can force device check-in when switching between cellular and Wi-Fi connections, and get better visibility into device OS build versions with improved filtering. Support for IPv6 and Azure hosting cloud connectors are also introduced.

Apple:

  • Admins can set a minimum OS version level for enrollment.
  • Passcode management has migrated into Apple DDM. Admin unlock macOS devices via PIN, making it easier to mitigate lockouts if an end user leaves the organization.
  • Within the IvantiGo app, a Return to Service button allows quick wipe and re-enrollment of shared devices. The BYOD environments can enable specifics for default mail and browsers clients for iOS devices.
  • We have also implemented a HotFix for Apple Business Manager migrations to the platform.

Android:

  • eSIM installation and activation are incorporated into the device management workflow, allowing organizations to further standardize provisioning, reduce manual effort and maintain control across the mobile ecosystem.
  • Google Beyond the Enterprise zero-touch (re)provisioning is introduced, as well as NFC lockdown control and enhanced certificate signing.
  • Admins can also remotely clear application cache to free up storage and improve app performance.

Windows:

  • Google BeyondCorp support is introduced.

Apple:

  • Organizations employing Apple’s Volume Purchase Program (VPP) are advised to migrate to the new VPP APIs for both the admin console and client in order to get all of the latest features and ensure compatibility.
  • For iOS26, the Neurons for MDM client now supports Apple’s Liquid Glass user interface.


Android:

  • eSIM provisioning is now supported, making it easier to deploy or change cellular plans on managed devices.
