Thank you for the continued trust you place in us and our employees worldwide. In the current environment and evolving landscape, it’s important for all of us to be aware and informed as we transact business globally.
As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread, Ivanti is taking precautions to ensure the needs of our customers are fully met and that the health and safety of our employees is maintained. We are sensitive to the situation and global impact as we monitor updates from credible health organisations. While we cannot control what happens with the coronavirus and other outbreaks, we can control how we respond to them. We want to reassure our customers what steps we are taking to keep our people safe around the world and that we are prepared to maintain consistent business operations globally.
- Leadership from various teams worldwide are meeting regularly to ensure the company is prepared to act as the situation develops. Ivanti also has a Security Council in place to monitor and proactively manage our employees/partner procedures as well as plans to offer employees flexibility to work from home. Travel restrictions to all high-risk areas are in place, and employees who have recently returned from travel are required to self-quarantine for 14 days.
- Employees who live in infected regions have been asked to work from home until further notice. As needed, employees who require flexibility to work from home are equipped with necessary technology and access to ensure we maintain business as usual.
- As the situation evolves, we will continue to evaluate and update our policies as global and local conditions change. In the meantime, we remain focused on ensuring the safety of our employees and meeting the needs of our clients.
- All employees have been encouraged to follow Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, with regard to work and travel.
