What’s New in Ivanti Service Manager and Asset Manager 2020.1

Ivanti Service Manager enables organizations to deliver services to their customers; regardless of internal employees or external customers. Service Manager brings together a comprehensive set of service management capabilities designed to improve service delivery and productivity, follow best practices, and align IT to the delivery of business value.

The upcoming version 2020.1 release of Ivanti Service Manager will deliver more capabilities that will enable IT organizations to improve their ability to create, manage, monitor and improve the services they provide throughout the enterprise. On the same platform, Ivanti Asset Manager 2020.1 will be released providing enhanced asset import mapping capabilities to further ease population of the asset repository. Upcoming will also be an integration workflow to identify reclamation opportunities and in Service Manager have the ability to receive reclaim tickets to optimize costs.
