Endpoint Management & Security
This release introduces several key enhancements to improve efficiency, mobile management, and IT automation with Ivanti Neurons for UEM. The Windows 11 Upgrade Bot streamlines migration—from assessment to automated upgrade—with intuitive user interaction. We are expanding our device protection across platforms, including Windows 11 patches for Arm64 devices and servers. We have also strengthened capabilities for managing mobile endpoints across platforms.
Ivanti Neurons for MDM
Organizations that have standardized on G-suite tools gain more flexibility with Google BeyondCorp support for Android and iOS. Admins also benefit from improvements to search, reporting, device and user management, as well as customization to improve the administrator experience. Admins are able to upload a second certificate to devices prior to the expiration of the current though certificate pinning in Ivanti Sentry.
Apple: Introducing support for identity certificates through Apple Declarative Device Management, allowing secure access to resources through DDM. Web content filtering for macOS prevents access to malicious websites and blocks unauthorized plug-ins. End users can find organization-specific support tools and contacts directly within the Ivanti Go app on their iOS devices.
Android: Accelerate enrollment of whole fleets of Samsung devices with KNOX Mobile Enrollment. This integration not only makes enrollment easy for large deployments, but offers protection for lost devices – automatically initiating Neurons for MDM enrollment should a device undergo a factory rest.
Ivanti Endpoint Manager
Windows Patch support for ARM devices is now available for Windows 11 with EPM 2024 SU3. This update also includes the ability to filter Microsoft preview definitions.
Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile (EPMM)
Admins are able to upload a second certificate to devices prior to the expiration of the current though certificate pinning in Ivanti Sentry. They can also designate RBAC permissions for either company owned or personal devices. Windows 11 management now supports eSIM and Group Policy Objects (GPO) enrollment. In the Apple ecosystem, admins have the option to preserve a device’s data plan when forcing an iOS device wipe function, and admins can use DDM to run macOS scripts without the MacAgent.
Ivanti Neurons for Digital Experience (DEX) (Discovery, Edge Intelligence, Healing, Workspace)
Our new Windows 11 Upgrade bot simplifies the migration process, from assessment to automated upgrade, with seamless user interaction. Expanded runbook automation covers IT workflows, enabling real-time change requests via Teams or ITSM for agile and responsive IT systems. App Distribution now features package bundles, allowing you to select and control the installation order of multiple apps, enhancing efficiency and user-friendliness. Neurons Workspace now supports Intel chip to cloud integration, offering a smoother and more straightforward device on-boarding experience, replacing Wipro.
Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management
We're introducing powerful updates to streamline patch management and improve user experience:
- Device Scopes for Patch Management: Precisely define and manage specific device scopes directly within the platform for advanced patch control.
- Preferred Server Support: Optimize bandwidth by storing patches on preferred servers before agent downloads.
- User Surveys for Ring Deployment: Gather real-time feedback during ring deployments with Ivanti Healing Bots, improving outcomes and enabling users to rate their experience or open support tickets.
- Configurable Maintenance Windows: Gain flexibility with custom maintenance windows (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) that automatically pause deployments and reboots to avoid business disruptions.
- Patch Rollback: Easily revert problematic patches with one click and prevent redeployment to maintain stability.
- User Actions Audit: Track actions for compliance, accountability, and improved visibility and information sharing.
Ivanti Security Controls (ISeC)
ISeC now supports contentless Linux patching with enhanced REST APIs, improved UI workflows, and CVE-based patch group creation for seamless compatibility with the latest distributions. Patch support for Windows 11 24H2 on ARM64 processors has also been added, enabling unified management of x86, x64, and ARM64 architectures. Additionally, ISeC now supports vSphere 7.0–8.03, delivering optimized performance and compatibility with modern virtualization environments.
Patch for Endpoint Manager
Patch for Endpoint Manager now supports patching ARM64 devices running Windows 11 24H2. Additionally, we've introduced a Microsoft preview definitions filter based on user feedback, making update management easier for EPM admins. These enhancements reduce manual effort and improve overall usability, ensuring a smoother patching experience.
Ivanti Mobile Theat Defense (MTD)
Expanded protection including Android Debug Bridge-related threats and enhanced defense against web-based/phishing attacks with automatic DNS configuration.
Ivanti Velocity platform
Velocity Forms can now be deployed to any worker in your organization using the new Velocity Forms Launcher. This page is configured in the Ivanti Neurons cloud, allowing a worker to open and fill out any form with ease. The form is submitted back to the Ivanti Neurons cloud where notifications can be automatically sent and the data stored for future use. Use standalone Velocity Forms to track shift handoffs, deliveries, and to replace any process that uses paper.
Ivanti Sentry
Certificate pinning support for Neurons for MDM, EPMM allows admins to upload a new/second certificate to devices prior to the expiration of an existing certificate, mitigating downtime risk for end users.
Secure Productivity Apps
Email+ users can now attach files from multiple apps (including Docs@Work and 3rd-party apps), and add attachments to calendar invites. Users can also share links with Outlook through Web@Work and safe files directly to remote repositories by using Docs@Work.

Enhanced support for ARM devices in Application Control.
Ivanti Neurons for App Control
Privilege Management now provides policy change request (PCR) for temporary on-request elevation. Option to use ServiceNow’s or Neurons bots decision engine to automate and track requests for access to software.
