Ivanti Service Manager Rapid Reports

In this session, participants will learn about the RapidReports feature for Ivanti Service Manager.  RapidReports delivers the ability for users to generate reports without needing to learn complex reporting tools or learn the database schema.  Leveraging commonly-known Saved Search capability with familiar List views; any user can generate reports directly out of Ivanti Service Manager without requiring a custom-written report each time.
