I am proud to introduce Ivanti’s first Annual Sustainability Report. I am proud to share that we have attained both ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certifications—these significant achievements reflect our pledge to environmental stewardship and data security. ISO 14001 demonstrates how we are actively managing and reducing our environmental impacts across our operations. By achieving ISO 27001, we underline our commitment to protecting the information assets of Ivanti and our clients, ensuring that robust information security management is at the core of our business.
Beyond these certifications, we have established our sustainability governance framework and conducted assessment to identify the issues that matter most to our stakeholders and our long-term success. Ivanti’s Sustainability Strategy
Strong governance underpins Ivanti's approach to sustainability. Our corporate social responsibility task force, made up of business leaders, develops strategy, tracks progress, and ensures accountability. Clear policies and regular reporting keep sustainability integrated into decision-making. We engage employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and communities through surveys and feedback, helping us understand expectations and build transparent relationships. This collaborative approach ensures our actions reflect stakeholder priorities.
Environmental Stewardship
ISO 14001 Certification
Ivanti proudly achieved global ISO 14001 certification, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing journey toward outstanding environmental management. ISO 14001 is the world’s most recognized standard for environmental management systems (EMS), providing a structured framework to identify, manage, and continually improve our environmental performance.
Achieving ISO 14001 certification reinforces Ivanti’s role as an environmental leader within the technology sector, setting a high benchmark for our industry. Beyond compliance, it empowers us to innovate sustainably, drive operational efficiencies, and integrate environmental stewardship into everything we do. As we move forward, we remain committed to leveraging our certified EMS to pursue new sustainability goals, reduce our carbon footprint, and support a healthier planet for future generations.
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions & Environmental Management
Ivanti is dedicated to reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions, achieving a 13% emissions cut since our 2022 baseline, including 5% in the past year. Our Corporate Social Responsibility task force leads these efforts, advancing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resource optimization. Employees are actively involved through training and idea sharing.
We use a rigorous GHG inventory aligned with the GHG Protocol, covering direct (Scope 1), purchased energy (Scope 2), and value chain (Scope 3) emissions. Real-time data monitoring via the Greenly platform and annual third-party verification ensure transparency and credibility. Ivanti is developing science-based emissions targets to achieve zero Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2032, with continued collaboration to reduce Scope 3 emissions across our supply chain.
Our global waste management program prioritizes reduction, reuse, recycling, and responsible disposal. We partner with certified providers to handle and recycle materials, including e-waste, and encourage employee participation through training and initiatives. We continually innovate, adopting digital and circular economy practices to further reduce our footprint.
Since November 2023, Ivanti has partnered with Ecologi and have planted over 16,979 trees globally, supporting climate action, ecosystem restoration, and several UN SDGs. These efforts strengthen biodiversity and help build resilient ecosystems, reflecting our commitment to environmental advocacy. Sustainability is embedded in our procurement processes, we evaluate suppliers on sustainability performance, promote best practices, and pursue collaboration for innovation, aiming to create a resilient, ethical, and sustainable value chain for our business, customers, and planet.

We maintain proactive cybersecurity through advanced technologies, layered defences, real-time monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and incident response. Continuous employee training and regular policy reviews help us stay ahead of evolving threats.
Customer and partner data protection is central to our strategy. We implement privacy-by-design, comply with laws like GDPR and CCPA, and enforce strict controls over access, encryption, and data handling. Regular audits confirm responsible data stewardship.

Progress Against Targets
2024 Sustainability Goals & Progress
In 2024, Ivanti set ambitious sustainability goals aligned with our vision for environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and responsible governance. Our goals for the year included:
- Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions year-over-year and achieve a further reduction from our 2022 baseline.
- Retain our global ISO 14001 certification for our environmental management systems.
- Expand participation in employee groups and volunteer programs.
- Continue progress towards our zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions targets by 2032.
Progress
We are proud to report measurable improvements toward these goals. We achieved a 5% reduction in GHG emissions in 2024 vs. 2023, as well as successfully retaining ISO 14001 certification worldwide. Employee engagement in groups surpassed expectations with the successfully launch of the woman’s connection group, supporting a culture of inclusion and social impact. Supplier sustainability expectations were embedded into our procurement processes, and we remain on track for our long-term emissions target.
