The new HEAT Community runs on member driven content and encourages collaboration with peers, industry experts and HEAT users. The platform provides an improved end-user experience and a more organized central location for content, best practices and collaboration. In addition to the discussion forums, the new community includes important product and event information, customer newsletters, and customer successes along with direct access to support and education resources.

Access to the HEAT Community is available today. HEAT Community replaces the existing FRS Connect community, which will be shut down on December 31, 2015. In early 2016, an exclusive partner portal within the HEAT Community will launch to offer collaboration, centralize communications, sales and marketing tools and resources for our partners.
