Ivanti is pleased to announce that it now supports Google Cloud Context Aware Access policies to secure access to Google Workspace, Google Cloud Console and Google Cloud Applications from iOS and Android devices.
Ivanti and Google Cloud have been working together to enable organizations to adopt a zero-trust approach. Today, employees work from any location, and it can be challenging for organizations to ensure that the devices accessing critical organizational apps and information aren't posing any security threats, and that only devices that meet an organization's required security posture can gain access to organizational resources.
As a Google Cloud partner, Ivanti is helping customers shift access controls from the network perimeter to individual users, enabling secure access from virtually any location without the need for a traditional VPN.
Leveraging Google Cloud Context Aware Access policies, Ivanti enables organizations to create conditional access rules based on various information such as device status and IP address. For example, organizations can establish policies to ensure that only devices compliant with Ivanti N-MDM have access to Google Workspace applications like Gmail and Google Docs.
