The HEAT Software team will be taking London by storm in this year’s HEATwave event on Wednesday 2nd November, at The Crystal Building, E14. Find out more about our IT Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management solutions from our community of executives, customers, and industry experts who will be hosting inspiring talks and hands on training sessions and demonstrations. The event will be hosted by the HEAT Software team, including our CEO, John Ferron; Greg Clancy, VP Product Management, and Roberto Casetta, SVP International. We will be joined by a number of very special guests, including Graham Cluely, who is a world-leading Independent Security Expert.

The day will start with a registration breakfast and partner exhibition, where you can meet our partners, old and new. We will then introduce the event with a company update and a discussion of the current trends in the digital workplace: service automation, security and mobility.

After a short coffee break, Rob York, Director Global ITSCS & EMEA IT of Newell Brands, will be discussing how HEAT Software delivered a global IT Service Center for his organisation, a worldwide marketer of consumer and commercial products. Then, back by popular demand, Graham Cluely will be delivering a thought provoking lecture: “The Digital Workplace: Is your organisation ready for transformation?”

In the first part of the afternoon, guests will be able to choose whether they want to learn more about HEAT Service Management and hear a customer success story from the Queensland University of Technology, or HEAT Unified Endpoint Management where they will learn how to defend their organisations from cyber-crime and vulnerabilities. Both tracks will provide visitors with “tips & tricks” on how to best use our solutions.

In the finale to this information-packed event, Steve Gardner, our VP Services Operations will introduce the brand new HEAT Academy, our very own best practice curriculum and virtual education service which aims to help you get the most out of our solutions. There will then be a customer and expert panel Q&A, and the much awaited HEAT Customer awards, where the best service management and unified endpoint customer implementations will be recognised.

Make sure that you join in with us at the end of the day for Happy Hour, which will give guests the opportunity to network with our team, partners, customers and other attendees as well as enjoy some food and drinks at the end of a hugely insightful and exciting day.

HEATwave will also be crashing into Frankfurt, Germany, on the 8th and 9th of November. The event will be hosted by members of HEAT, including Roberto Casetta, who will be zooming straight over to Germany from the London event, and Ralf Hart, Sales Director of CEE and Russia. Our clients and partners will also be presenting at the event, including teams from Serview, NWC Services GmbH, MoveIT Solutions GmbH, and Proventx.

After the morning’s introductions, Dr. –Ing. Markus a Campo from Experton Group AG, an IT Strategic Planning company will host a talk titled, “ITSM 2.0 and Industry 4.0: Market Potential through Digital Transformation”, followed by a lecture from Ralph Goldschmidt, a motivational speaker, titled, “CHANGE! Being Strong through Tough Times.”

Following a similar structure to the event in London, Wednesday morning and Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon sessions will give guests a choice over whether they want to learn about HEAT Service Management, HEAT Endpoint Management or HEAT Endpoint Security. These separate “breakouts” will provide guests with information on “what’s new” in HEAT Service Management, Endpoint Management, and Endpoint Security as well as providing demonstrations, virtual areas and partner talks. Members of the HEAT team and partners will be holding engaging sessions such as, “Service Management – Not just for IT anymore”; “Is your Client Management Ready for Windows 10?” and “Endpoint Security with HEAT Endpoint Management Security Suite”.

There will be a glamorous “Abendberanstaltung” to conclude the first evening, and an exciting Tombola on the second night to close the event. If you’re an IT Service Management, Endpoint Management or Security professional, you’d be flaming mad not to join the team at this year’s Frankfurt HEATwave!
