From New York to Las Vegas, we’re hitting the road over the next few weeks to show you how to strengthen your organization’s IT infrastructure, and successfully tackle and solve challenges around service delivery, endpoint management, and security.

Our free, one-day HEATwave events are a combination of expert hands-on training, learning from select HEAT Software executives and customers, and opportunities to network with your industry peers.

What to expect at HEATwave

Each HEATwave event will kick off with presentations from HEAT Software CEO John Ferron and Vice President of Product Management Greg Clancy. They’ll share the company’s latest successes, introduce the latest HEAT products, provide insights on market trends and sketch a vision for the future of the ITSM, UEM and security landscape.

Select HEAT customers will then share their success stories so you can learn first-hand what it’s like to deploy our platform of solutions in the real world. They include:

  • Bell Canada: “Protection Layers Within the Security Ecosystem”
  • Cobb County (Ga.) School District: “Lifecycle Management built with HEAT LANrev – A Success Story”
  • MidMichigan Health

In the afternoon, you have your choice of break-out tracks for service management and unified endpoint management. You can attend “tips and tricks” sessions, in which our technical experts will share best practices and some of the lesser known product capabilities to make your life easier. You can also pull up a chair to customer roundtables to share your stories and challenges with peers and folks from HEAT’s product management, product marketing, and service management technical teams.

You’ll also get an update on the latest developments in HEAT Service Management from our product management team and learn how to make the most of our LANrev and DSM solutions.

Not enough? Our sales engineering team will present pre-conference workshops on unified endpoint management and service management administration the day before each HEATwave.

And if you’d like to have a one-on-one chat with a HEAT Software expert, you can book a half-hour appointment with the expert of your choice.

Did we happen to mention that registration is free?
