Ivanti Neurons for ITSM

New AI capabilities  with AI write assist. Write assist enables you you to use AI to enhance HTML fields like description, resolution and other fields. In addition Email Assist is an AI-powered tool designed to help users quickly generate email drafts. AI now also provides auto translation across fields.

Continued improvements with the Microsoft teams bot with new pagination for knowledge articles and FAQ's, and improved custom web pages within microsoft Teams.

New improved chat user interface with additional capabilities to create work orders, HR cases or security incidents.

Additional languages for support of Hebrew, Catalan, Canadian-French cultures.

Continued enhancements to self service portal including anonymous user access support , and better branding and content display.

Ivanti Neurons for ITAM

With this release, the Ivanti Neurons for ITAM mobile app for Android now supports devices with a 16 KB memory page size. This expanded compatibility ensures that customers using the latest Android devices—particularly those built on newer processor architectures—can seamlessly access IT Asset Management and IT Service Management functionalities on the go. End-users benefit from greater device flexibility, improved support for diverse ITAM environments, and the assurance that their ITAM/ITSM workflows remain uninterrupted as the tech they're using day-to-day evolves. This update reinforces Ivanti’s commitment to empowering IT teams with robust, future-ready mobile management tools.

Ivanti Neurons for PPM

This release introduces a series of enhancements to the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module in Ivanti Neurons. End-users will benefit from clearer navigation thanks to new tab display names, making it easier to find and manage project information. The addition of new resource and plan status options provides teams with more granular control over project tracking and resource allocation. The improved resource roll-up functionality enables managers to quickly and accurately aggregate resource data, facilitating better visibility into project staffing and progress. New fields within the task object offer additional flexibility for capturing essential project details, while the new Resource Estimated Effort field in Demand empowers organizations to forecast resource needs and effort requirements with greater precision. Together, these enhancements empower project teams to collaborate more effectively, optimize resource utilization, and deliver successful outcomes with increased efficiency.

Endpoint Management & Security

This quarter features enhanced Ring Deployment capabilities for Patch Management, streamlined zero-day OS support for Apple 26 and Android 16 for MDM, and now seamlessly manages non-persistent virtual desktops (beta) alongside physical devices—all accelerating IT workflows and bolstering security. New AI-powered diagnostics in Workspace (tech preview) automate issue detection and root cause analysis for faster resolutions, while cloud-based OS Imaging (also in preview) offers flexible provisioning options to support effortless cloud migrations.

Ivanti Neurons for MDM

In addition to support for the latest mobile operating systems, the Admin experience now allows customization of email alerts and enhancements to audit logging.

Apple: Day Zero support for the latest operating systems across the Apple ecosystem: macOS 26 (Tahoe), iOS 26, iPadOS 26, watchOS 26, and visionOS 26. Restrictions are enhanced and dynamically updated for customer use, including history clearing and private browsing in Safari, and limiting apps using cellular data and restricting camera use within specific apps. Admin controls for pairing audio accessories and expanded options for audit trails are introduced. Apple Access Management is now supported for Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager.

Android: Day Zero support for Android 16, plus admin control to lockdown new capabilities introduced in the OS. In-house apps can be locked into prevent uninstall, and eSIM provisioning is expanded to Android 15 devices.

Windows: Enrollment via GPO is supported and enhancements to the sorting and filtering of Windows Updates. Support for the latest operating system Windows 11 25H2.

Ivanti Endpoint Manager

Provide support for the new operating systems both for macOS Tahoe 26 and Win11 25H2.

The uninstall option for patch definitions streamlines the patch rollback process by enabling direct uninstallation from the EPM console. This saves time, reduces errors, and improves overall patch management control.

An invitation-only beta for non-persistent VDI streamlines device management. Neurons bots now support run-as user in PowerShell queries, simplifying script execution. Command prompt support in Neurons Workspace and AI Diagnostics (in technical preview) provide powerful capabilities for analysts. These updates, along with other under-the-hood improvements, reduce the skills barrier, accelerate time-to-value, and improve operational efficiency, making it easier to manage and troubleshoot issues.

Refactor Entra ID connector enables scalable, reliable integration with large enterprise identity environments. Customers experience fewer reliability issues, faster performance, complete data coverage, and lower support overhead, empowering robust cloud identity management for all devices and users.

Generic connector (POC) empowers organizations to integrate Ivanti Neurons with any third-party system quickly and efficiently. With minimal development effort, customers achieve scalable automation, secure data exchange, and rapid support for new business processes—making IT operations smarter and more responsive.

Ivanti Neurons Workspace

A new AI-powered diagnostics experience in Ivanti Neurons Workspace is available for customers in tech preview, using large language models and edge sensors to automate device issue detection and root cause analysis. AI Diagnostics was designed with customers in mind to bridge the L1 skills gap. Analysts can enter issues like "device running hot," and the system will translate these symptoms into potential root causes using advanced sensors and language models. The analyst receives a detailed summary, and a severity-based priority score out of 10. High-priority issues get a top-level summary for quick action. By empowering L1 analysts to solve problems quickly and avoid escalation resolution times are reduced, giving time back to focus on more strategic initiatives. 

Additional enhancements in Ivanti Neurons Workspace are usability improvements with device tagging and aray view on devices and ability to retrieve BitLocker recovery key.

Ivanti Neurons for Healing

Traditional imaging methods are still necessary in many scenarios, especially for organizations with complex or legacy environments. With over 20 years of experience in Endpoint Management and OS Provisioning, we bring OS Imaging to the cloud, ensuring that you have the flexibility and support you need. Setting up Autopilot requires a robust infrastructure, which can be a significant hurdle for some. However, we offer both traditional imaging and Autopilot options, making it easier to navigate the final major hurdle to migration. This capability will be available in tech preview.

New PowerShell AI which can create scripts on the fly in response to a prompt​ is available to customers in tech preview.

Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management

We’re enhancing the capabilities of our recent releases with several exciting updates. Key highlights include an expanded content catalog, multi-device patch rollback, broader support for device groups in ring deployment assignments, more flexible scheduling options for ring deployments, and improved accessibility of device groups. Additionally, you can now add devices to patch groups from multiple locations, making administration easier than ever.

Secure Productivity Apps

The latest Ivanti Connect Secure VPN release (25.x) now features a new modernized 64-bit Oracle Linux OS with integrated SELinux profiling and enforcement. These added security innovations coupled with integrated security hardening capabilities including  secure boot and secure factory reset, web server migration enhancements with web application firewall and robust encryption key management ensures customers benefit from unmatched security, scalability and performance.

Ivanti Connect Secure 22.7 now includes end user portal (EUP) enhancements with new search functionality and a preview via tool tip as well as secure FTP for ease of archiving.
