Softcat wins LANDESK EMEA Partner of the Year

MARLOW, UK — 27 November 2015 —

LANDESK has named Softcat its EMEA partner of the year as a result of its commitment to the partnership and joint business growth. Vice-president of worldwide sales, Mitch Rowe, presented the awards last Thursday at LANDESK’s annual partner conference at Prince Philip House in London.

Matt Ward, software asset manager, accepted the accolade. Brian White, a senior SAM consultant, also took home an award – the EMEA-north salesperson of the year.

“We’re delighted to have won this award. Since we formed an IT asset management (ITAM) team to drive and develop our IT management offering, our relationship with LANDESK has gone from strength to strength,” said Sam Routledge, solutions director at Softcat. “Broadening our offering in ITAM is key to us, and LANDESK has really helped us to achieve this. We’re now able to engage customers in much more than just compliance; with our own service desk capabilities and LANDESK’s asset management, we can offer them full control over their end-to-end IT.

“Good asset management comes from having a strong understanding of what you have in your environment, and then streamlining the deployment, management and retirement of those assets. LANDESK are market leaders in service desk, license and asset management, deployment, packaging, and security, and our customers appreciate that we can deliver this from one easy-to-use management console,” continued Routledge. “Our similar cultures have helped us to develop a strong working relationship. We’ve had some great successes together, and I look forward to continued success over the next few years.”

“We were delighted to give Softcat this award,” Said Rowe. “They have embraced the LANDESK solutions and through their great work and industry knowledge, their LANDESK related revenue has grown 249 percent year-on-year. Softcat represents a strong strategic partner of LANDESK as we work together to drive value to our customers.”
