However, with varying budgets, internal initiatives and reporting, this concept in 2020 still remains that - an ideal.

• 50% of IT professionals work with 11 or more different vendors and 20% work with between five and seven
• Nearly half (48%) spend weeks, or months, renegotiating their vendor contracts each year.
• Only 20% spend minutes on producing IT operations reports while 52% spend hours, 22% spend days and 6% spend weeks.
